Accept no copycats.

.The US made Lea & Perrins is harsh in comparison to the good stuff from the UK.. I may be wrong, but I believe it to be the use of malt vinegar instead of cheap white vinegar, which may be OK for pickling and cleaning but doesn't work well otherwise. It's like cheap booze vs good booze. Rough is rough. I have been willing to pay the price to have the real stuff shipped for a long time and refuse to settle for the copycat.

Pertains Worcestershire sauce

Much better tasting than the American made sauce that appears to be the same but is not. Contains malt vinegar and cane sugar unlike the white vinegar and corn syrup in the American made sauce. Much better. Similar to the situation with Cocs Cola.
